Senior Preschool Educator

Senior Preschool Educators mentor the team to enhance their teaching practice including the nurturing of trusting and respectful relationships with children. They utilise in-depth knowledge of Early Childhood education and pedagogical expertise to design and implement a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children, as well as contribute to innovations in teaching and learning practices.

As experienced Early Childhood Educators, they will oversee the design and set up of secure and quality learning environment for children. Our Senior Preschool Educators will also mentor the other educators in preparing the learning experiences and environment for the children in line with preschool’s philosophy and curriculum goals. They will develop structures for sustained collaborative partnerships with families and communities, and support in fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and collegiality within the preschool.

 

Requirements:

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)/

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

• Candidates who are currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome to apply too

• Preferably with relevant experience in teaching infant and toddlers

• Singaporean or PR preferred
