Maintaining Ethical Standards

At Presbyterian Preschool Services (PPS), integrity is one of our core values.

 

We are committed to doing the right thing at all times and expect the same level of integrity from our employees, partners, suppliers, contractors, and agents. You play a crucial role in maintaining PPS as a safe, ethical, and trustworthy organization by reporting any instances of fraud, misconduct, or impropriety.

 

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Any fraudulent activities;

  • Misappropriation of funds, supplies, or other assets;

  • Improprieties in accounting or financial reporting;

  • Non-compliance with laws or regulations;

  • Unethical or improper conduct, including violations of Staff Regulations (misconduct, sexual harassment, misuse/abuse of authority, etc.);

  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

  • Mishandling of business or confidential information; and

  • Any conduct that may jeopardize the health and safety of employees, beneficiaries, or the public

Reporting any knowledge of such activities, even if you are unsure of all the details, is vital. PPS takes whistleblowing seriously. All reports will be reviewed, and kept to the strictest of confidence. Investigations will be initiated if necessary.
