An owl moves quietly and swiftly, and has a 270 degree view of things around it. An owl is also alert and awake when everyone is sleeping.

As a Principal, I wish to be more like an owl. I usually observe the classes silently to make sure everything is in order, and move on as I trust my teachers with their professional abilities. Working with children, things move very quickly and circumstances may change very suddenly - thus I pray that God will give me the ability to have a better and wider view of things to do more and see more in a timely manner. Although it is true that I am sometimes working when others are not, I am also learning to protect my personal time to recharge.
